Pilgrimage

Travelling together is an important part of St Barnabas parish life and of our dialogue with other faiths and traditions.

As well as our regular pilgrimages to the Holy Land led by Fr Brian Ralph, we make other trips throughout the year — you can see some of them below. For dates of upcoming parish visits and outings, please see our events pages.

Holy Land

Fr Brian has led regular trips to the Holy Land for many years, including members of the St Barnabas congregation, students from Raines Foundation School (where Fr Brian was chaplain), and members of the Tower Hamlets clergy.
Fr Brian travelled initially with Fr Derek White MBE, with whom he previously worked as the Bishop of London’s chaplain to the homeless.
